How do I login to WhoAi?
Steps to take if you are having issues logging in to WhoAi
Login issues are usually easy to solve. The following information includes preparing to login for the first time and how to resolve issues after your first login.
Account Setup: Email Validation, Password Creation and Login
- If you are unsure if you have a WhoAi account and have never logged in, contact your Company Administrator to ensure you're registered.
- When your Company Administrator creates your WhoAi account, the following steps must be taken before you login for the first time.

Retrieve our authentication email with the subject, "Verify your email" from no-reply@auth0user.net. Select "Verify Your Account" This opens a window indicating that your email has been verified.
- This email expires after 5 days and must be resent if that time has passed when you begin to validate your account. Contact your Company's WhoAi Administrator for assistance.

Go to http://app.whoai.com/ and select “Forgot password”, Enter your email and select Continue.

Check for an email from WhoAI Web with the subject, “Reset your password”. Select “Confirm” and enter your new password.

Return to http://app.whoai.com/ and login with your email and new password. You'll receive a 'WhoAi Authorize App' message after you log in. Select “Accept”. You should be logged in and ready to be productive in WhoAI!
