# What if I loose my WhoAi WhoAuto Interview Access Code?

## Instructions to request a new WhoAuto interview access code if yours is misplaced or expired.

1. Click the **Interview Link** or **Report Link** in your original email from WhoAi.
2. On the access page, select the option **Resend Code**.
3. Check your email inbox for a new code.
4. Use the latest code to log in — older codes will no longer work.
5. If you do not receive a code within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact **help@whoai.com**

**Note:** Access codes are valid for two weeks. After expiration, you must request a new one from your recruiter or WhoAi support.
