What are the primary functions of WhoAi?

WhoAi enhances and scales best practices of Who - The A Method for Hiring

WhoAi is a software platform designed and built to enhance your talent hiring process and improve your hiring results; where every hire can be an A player in every role at your Company. 

The platform consists of the following modules' hiring assistance and valued assets:

  • WhoAi Scorecard Generator: AI assisted Scorecard Generation and management of your company's WhoAi Scorecards. The Who Method recommends a Scorecard for every hire, eventually every role!! A Scorecard is a measurable model for the work in your business and has the power and life to also drive performance and development management across the organization. 

    Scorecard Generator allows upload of assets such as Scorecard drafts and other job references to initiate the WhoAi Scorecard, or a WhoAi Scorecard can be built from scratch. The WhoAi Scorecard is used as the basis for which analytics run and evaluate Interview transcripts for candidate analysis.
    • Output: Scorecards created for each Open Position by which WhoAnalytics are run for the following reports. 
  • WhoAi's WhoAuto interview: the WhoAuto interview is a bot-facilitated Who Methodology-driven interview that is sent by a Recruiter to a candidate for a company's open position.  The bot is trained to conduct a Who interview and provide assessment of the candidate based on the open position's Scorecard.
  • WhoAi's WhoAssist interview: the WhoAssist interview is a Recruiter-facilitated interview that is sent by a Recruiter to a candidate for a company's open position. Recruiters gain candidate consent for a bot to attend the meeting where the bot transcribes the interview, and also assists the Recruiter with questions aligned to the Open Position's Scorecard. 
     
    Output:  Both WhoAi interview formats deliver the following reports for each candidate:

    A Candidate Report available to the Recruiter in WhoAi and is also emailed to the Recruiter and can be sent to a Candidate at the company's discretion. This report includes an Executive Summary with Overview of the Candidate, What Makes the Candidate Successful, How the Candidate Can Struggle and Conclusion sections. It also lists the Biggest Strengths and Development Areas with Supporting Evidence references listed from the interview.

    A Recruiter Report is also available to the Recruiter that offers the following highlight component:  Summary, Overall Rating, Rating Categories (Outcomes, Competencies, Context Ability, Boss Style) and  detail components; Executive Summary, Summary Strengths and Risks, Biggest Strengths and Key Risks.
